Introducing Samuel Salonga Verzosa Jr., a dedicated public servant and accomplished businessman who has seamlessly integrated his entrepreneurial success with his passion for philanthropy. Currently serving as the CEO of FRONTROW and the representative of the Tutok to Win Party-list, Congressman Verzosa's leadership extends beyond the boardroom and into the heart of his community.
With a solid educational foundation from Angelicum School, Quezon City, and a BS Civil Engineering degree from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, where he also earned the title of High School Valedictorian, Verzosa has continually demonstrated academic excellence. His contributions to society have been recognized with an honorary Doctoral Degree in Humanities, celebrating his exemplary achievements.
In the House of Representatives, Congressman Verzosa holds several pivotal roles, including Vice-Chairperson of the Committees on Poverty Alleviation, Social Services, Disaster Resilience, and Welfare of Children, alongside being a member of key committees such as Appropriations, Higher and Technical Education, and Housing and Urban Development. His legislative efforts are focused on improving the lives of the underprivileged and fostering sustainable development.
Beyond his political career, Verzosa is a visionary in the business world as the President of Modena Motorsports Inc. (Maserati Philippines) and Executive Director of Motostrada Inc. (Ferrari Philippines). His philanthropic endeavors shine through his co-founding of Frontrow Cares and founding of the Batang Sampaloc Scholarship Foundation Inc., which provide vital support and opportunities to those in need.
Congressman Samuel Salonga Verzosa Jr. embodies the spirit of service, combining his business acumen with a profound commitment to social welfare, making a significant impact on both the local and national levels.
In 2022, SV founded Batang Sampaloc Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (BSSFI) to provide financial assistance to deserving students, especially the underprivileged ones. Particularly important to SV is making education accessible even to the youth who have less in life because education served as SV’s escape from poverty and his ticket to success.
After graduating from the top university in the Philippines, and successfully hurdling one of the most difficult board examinations, expectations were over the roof for SV, who was then poised to become a great Civil Engineer. However, SV’s decision to take a detour and explore a career in sales and marketing raised doubts and uncertainty in the people around him.
Doubts may be the biggest killer of dreams, but certainly not for SV.
As an ambitious and motivated business enthusiast, SV was able to turn his life 360 degrees by establishing FRONTROW, the biggest MLM company in Asia. Being the youngest chief executive officer (CEO) then, SV tirelessly trained, equipped and developed thousands of Filipino entrepreneurs nationwide to build their own businesses and achieve financial freedom. With over 200 local and international branches and 2 million active distributors, SV now leads the fastest-growing Filipino-owned multi-level marketing company.
Professional Experience
SV graduated from the University of the Philippines– Diliman with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2004. Although a Licensed Civil Engineer, SV took the unconventional route and explored a career in sales and marketing that eventually changed his life and thousands of Filipinos.
He co-founded FRONTROW in 2008 when he was only 26 years old, making him the youngest founder of the biggest direct selling and MLM Company in Asia. He runs several enterprises apart from FRONTROW, which include importation, real estate and other businesses, as well as several famous night spots around the Metro, making him one of the sought-after business moguls in the country.
SV also co-founded FRONTROW CARES, the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of FRONTROW. This organization has extended its assistance to more than 100 charities, hospitals and institutions all over the Philippines, plus hundreds of thousands of Filipinos in times of crisis, typhoons, calamities and the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.
SV became part of Motostrada and Modena Motorsport in 2018, which owns the national distributorship of Ferrari and Maserati, and now stands as the President of Maserati and Executive Director of Ferrari in the Philippines.
Having been elected as a Party-list Representative in the May 2022 elections and now serving as Vice Chairperson of four (4) Committees in the House of Representatives, including in particular the Committee on Poverty Alleviation, SV is staunch in his aspiration to represent the urban poor sector and to advance the welfare of the indigent population residing in urban areas by promoting sustainable livelihood, progressive education, accessible healthcare, affordable housing and other social services to aid the marginalized elderly and youth.

The overflowing blessings and unimaginable success of FRONTROW has led SV to create FRONTROW CARES. SV and his team have been actively organizing several outreach programs, donation drives, and relief operations since 2008 but the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus posed serious risk on the health of the volunteers and the community restrictions have caused challenges on the logistics and overall operations. Nonetheless, SV braved the situation and defied the odds in order to aid the thousands of families that were adversely struck by the turmoil of the pandemic.
It was during the chaotic and uncertain time of the COVID-19 pandemic that SV came to a realization that he has a bigger mission in life— to be the voice of the poor.
Truly a leap of faith, SV gave public service some serious consideration. Tutok To Win Party-list was one of the newest party-lists in the May 2022 election and was among the 55 proclaimed party-list winners. Although new in the field of politics, Tutok to Win Party-list garnered 685,578 votes and ranked 9th out of the 178 party-list groups, securing a seat in the House of Representatives for SV as the first nominee.
SV has since invested his time in attending executive courses on legislation, mentoring programs on public service, and collaborative talks with the different government agencies and departments to advance and improve the welfare of the indigent population, including the urban poor sector.
There have been numerous roadblocks and challenges that confronted SV in his journey as a businessman, legislator, leader, and a philanthropist but SV is always on his toes, ready to make a positive change wherever life leads him.
